If you’re happy with the match, we’ll formalise the relationship into a fractional agreement – giving you continued access to the guidance your business needs to scale. 

*Our fee: 10% of first year compensation on hire, then 5% of each subsequent year’s total compensation.

That’s it. A fraction of what traditional recruiters charge (typically 20-30%).
