founded to help businesses survive.

Now, we want them to thrive.

All Together was created in the midst of the pandemic by a group of friends and fellow business leaders who wanted to help small businesses survive and then thrive.

Today, our platform offers pro bono advice and support to hundreds of CEOs, helping them overcome barriers and scale their companies.

Now, with over 100 Volunteer Advisors, a growing cohort of partners, and a community of like-minded business leaders at our core, All Together is redoubling our efforts to help CEOs build better businesses.

Our Values

Our purpose at All Together is to enable and encourage CEOs to support and help each other. Everything we do is underpinned by three core values.

Open Source

Open Source

If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that business is better built together. By working collectively to pool our knowledge, we can help society by helping each other.

better business

Better Business

The days of profit-maximisation and shareholder primacy are numbered; businesses must adapt by improving their impact and contribution to society and their communities.

three things

Three Things

We want all the advice on our platform to be practical and precise, which is why we created the Three Things framework. This ensures that every All Together interview, discussion, and article concludes with three pieces of truly actionable advice our members can implement with ease.

Head of Marketing and Community

Having founded her own e-commerce brand 5 years ago, Sophie understands the pressures of owning your own business. She jumped at the opportunity to work with Founders and CEOs due to her profound interest in business, and knew she could learn so much from them. After progressing in marketing roles at SMEs after completing her degree, she sought a new challenge to share her expertise at a purpose-driven company.

Joseph Shepherd

Copywriter

After graduating from university in 2020, Joe immediately began working as a content writer for a digital marketing agency. It didn’t take him long, however, to feel constrained by the industry and to seek a role that would allow his writing to be both more creative and more meaningful. Joe became All Together’s in-house copywriter at the beginning of 2022 and has since played a significant role in expanding and improving our library of written content.

Laura Baxter

Laura joined All Together in early January and has since become our sole in-house designer. She has an eye for detail and a passion for design. Whilst working abroad she experienced working on complex, challenging, and meaningful projects and believes All Together is a company with great purpose. She has since overhauled our website and social branding and continues to work closely with the company.

Pay It Forward

Our Funding Model

All Together is a not-for-profit social enterprise*, and all of our advisors work for free.

Our events and the content we create is generously supported by our Partners, but the administrative costs of connecting members with advisors and managing our advisory platform is funded by the generosity of our members.

After being connected with an advisor for 1-2-1 advisory sessions, members are offered the opportunity to “Pay-It-Forward” with a voluntary contribution of £250 to cover the administrative cost of connecting the next CEO with a Volunteer Advisor.

We are proud that our 1-2-1 sessions with Volunteer Advisors consistently achieve an NPS of over 80, with over 85% of members choosing to Pay it Forward, supporting All Together as we grow our membership and help even more small business CEOs and founders build better businesses.

*For the governance geeks, we are an asset-locked Community Interest Company.

Pay It Forward

Our Funding Model

As we are a 100% not-for-profit social enterprise*all our advisors work for free. Behind them we do have a small administrative team facilitating the Collective, and it costs us about £250 to organise and support each interaction between an SME and a Volunteer Advisor.

Rather than ask for any upfront charge , we hope you will be pleased to ‘Pay it Forward’, which will cover the admin fee for the next SME CEO. This is entirely voluntary, and we do understand that some of our members simply can’t afford to contribute at this stage.

However, if you have found our service valuable and your business can afford it, you will joining the 87% of our members who have chosen to give back, which helps us to grow our Collective and support more SMEs.
